I graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1981, and completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown in 1985.  I am board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  For over 30 years I have been a member of the medical staff at Sibley Memorial Hospital, where I perform my operative procedures. I also am an associate member of the medical staff of MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

 

Outside of the office, I belong to numerous medical societies. I have been active in the medical alumni of Georgetown University Medical School and served for many years as a member of the medical school admissions committee. I also served on the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association at Georgetown.  I am married and have two beautiful daughters.
